I have gone through that (mitral valve). At 50 years it's a difficult decision. I didn't really want another open heart surgery in my 70s as it's harder to recover. Thank you Robert! That is very helpful advice. Much appreciated. I am very worried about being on Warfarin. If anyone has advice on how Warfarin makes you feel I would really appreciate it!

Barry, what an inspiration you are. Plus you are still a young man ( in my eyes). You have a great attitude and that is a big deal. At 82, my running days are behind me but walking the dog 4 miles a day is vital for my heart health.
