Nurse Myers hereâ€¦Your EKG shows Normal Sinus rhythm, which is great. The stuff on the top line is just artifact, caused by motion or poor contact. Nothing to worry about there..

I do agree that you cannot count 100% on the technology of the watchâ€¦ sometimes the interpretation is wrong, but in your case it is correctâ€¦

My wife has an Apple watch. My doctor ( knowing me ) suggested I DO NOT get one. I would watch it all the time!! ðŸ˜‚ and I think there is just some guy at Apple drawing the lines, like art, and just sending them out! Lol ðŸ˜†
