You can buy it on line ( gaspars linguica) . I just ate salmon but never saw it was smoked. Salty. My b/p will no doubt go up.

Thanks for the head start, Richard, in looking for the gaspars linguica. Was reading it needs to be cooked, since it is not cured. And not being cured like pepperoni is probably a good thing.

Like a lot of similar foods, you would probably not enjoy seeing it produced. Word has it that witnessing hot dog production is a game changer. The smell driving by the gaspar factory is a little strong. Its between my house and my cardiologists office. They have a factory outlet.... Read more.
