Thanks Dan. That's encouraging. I noted my times on my pool sets before surgery. Figured with a new "turbo" non leaking MV, I'd be smokin those tines as soon as the scabs fell off lol. Seriously, I did! BUT...@2.5 months, I'm only back to 2/3 of my normal workout Man... Read more.
Trust me it gets better. Just keep moving a little more each day. It took me a good 6 months to get back close to where I was several years ago. I will always remember an Olympic Gold medalist telling me for each week he took off it took him... Read more.
I heard a week for each day of being bed bound or lack of muscle use. That sounds close to the Olympic medalist tip.

Thanks Dan. That peeing every hour, 24/7 lasted 4 to 6 weeks. Can't remember exactly now. But at 12 weeks now everything is back to normal. Maybe there were barbs on the catheter they used twice in 10 days 🤔 lol
