I am(and was) fairly active. Though, I was also pretty asymptomatic before surgery. I enjoy exercising 2 or 3 days a week, but my job is pretty sedentary. I stepped up some activities before surgery like doing a couple sets of squats each day and other core exercises that I... Read more.
