Thank you It's the diet that sometimes I just do not know what to have healthy as with waferin so many food I cannot eat. The diet is my challenge and need help. Blessings

Marie-Ange Jacques yes we need to be careful with what we eat but to be honest I am not overly cautious. I avoid anything with cranberry and Vitamin K, other than that I eat most foods. I struggle with my INR as I suffer with thrombophilia, so monitor it myself... Read more.
