Hi everybody! Just to check in. Im reaching 8 months post op after AVR with tissue valve (Inspiris Resilia). Feeling very well, resumed training at a good level. Still a little rust running. I love to hear stories how everyone is recovering post op of AVR! Glad you are doing so well and able to train with weights. I resistance train so curious about your training schedule like any issues to lift or how long without pain? Only share if you want to.... Read more.
Thanks for your words Sher! Well regarding weights as soon my surgeon told me that everything was good with the sternum I started to get back to my routines progressively. Normal movements on day to day activities until I felt ready to start some movements with small weights as reabilitation.... Read more.

3 months of post op. It seems a lot sometimes… it seems it was just yesterday and everything just went so quick since the day I was admitted to surgery . Physically everything is ok. The BP, HR, strength, chest, exercise, cardio respiratory are in the right place. Glad that... Read more.
