Hello to everyone, it has been years since I posted but i have a question. Had Anyone had toothor teeth extracted since their surgery??

Hello Marie, thankyou for responding to my question, I was instructed my extraction had to be done in the OR and Warfarin stopped 5 days ahead which both instilled a little fear. Thought if reach out here for any possible experiences. Thankyou again.

If the warfarin is stopped, they will â€œbridgeâ€ you with subcutaneous or intravenous heparin and restart the warfarin when they are sure everything looks good. It is a little more planning when you are on warfarin, but it can be done. Let us know how it goes!
