Hi everyone on this special Memorial Day. I just joined this wonderful community after having returned home from Mountain View Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday (I underwent mitral valve repair surgery on 5/19). Although my surgery, involved my surgeon, Dr. Michael Wood, having to work around my depressed sternum, he did a remarkable job and I would recommend Dr. Wood to anyone. I am very grateful to have fallen under his care and equally so that everyday I experience less pain and discomfort than before 😊
