I'm 7 weeks post OHS and have been diagnosed with Incomplete Left Bundle Branch Block. It showed up on my latest EKG. I didn't have this condition prior to surgery. Anyone else experience this and what did they do for it? This came as a real shock because I feel... Read more.

I think that is one of the many possible effects of open heart surgery. It may be temporary. You would only know you had it by having an EKG done-no way to feel it.

First of all ... thank you everyone for the prayers and well wishes. I am on the other side doing well. Recovering from the surgery itself is going well EXCEPT for the migraines! Did anyone else experience this and what did you do about them? Extra strength Tylenol isn't cutting... Read more.

Winding down... One week from today is my heart catheterization and will be admitted to Duke University Hospital immediately after with surgery the following day. Yes. When your name appears on the "List", it gets very real! I know you will do well with surgery and recovery. The waiting ( and worrying ) is really hard. Do some nice things for yourself this week!

Very interesting Penelope....we are going to be angiogram sisters on the 26th, however my surgery is not until Aug. 20. I will be looking forward to your surgery/recovery posts. Many best wishes for your angio., surgery and recovery â£ï¸
