Hi Mike Congratulation for your successful surgery. Could you please list full details about your surgery?. Is replaced valve biological or mechanical?. Which hospital did the surgery? what is the name of doctor?

So glad to hear your recovery had continued smoothly and that you are clear to return to work next week - Yay! I'll have to look into the deep tissue massage when I get further along in my own recovery. Thanks for posting the update!

Wow! You’re doing great on your recovery Michael😃 keep us posted on the latest to help others. I suffered from anxiety before and after my surgery AVR and MVR. That’s why I am thankful too for reading successful stories here.

Thanks Dan! I hadn’t been able to run for a couple years due to my previous bicuspid valve but I was walking 5-7 miles/day prior to surgery. My goal post surgery was to walk a mile in the hospital which happened. It was harder to walk outside once I got... Read more.
Hi Lilian. I’m not sure if you’ve had your surgery yet but want you to know that the technology, the surgeons, and the statistics are definitely in your favor for a great recovery!! You’ll feel way better, especially if you have symptoms from your bad valves. Stay positive!
Yes, I have my open heart surgery last March 10, 2022. Back to office work after 3 mths. I am complaining now on frequent headache when I get tired. Maybe, I need to relax from time to time and not to mentally stress myself.
