Had a scary weekend- I had a TIA, have appointment with cardiologist tomorrow (2/28/18) I heard these can be common after OHS. Has anyone heard the same?
So sorry Kim, that must have been very scary! There have been a few people on here who have had strokes/tias after surgery. It certainly happens. Hope you get reassurance from your doc, keep us posted Best wishes!

Fantastic news Kim! And I smiled when I read what your surgeon said about people calling him if they had any questions. You're doctor is in your "court." I had "well meaning" friends tell me that they thought I was "ready" for cardiac rehab; that I "looked good so it's... Read more.
