The surgery is all set! Well, I have my surgery date. Thursday, August 26 at UCLA. Chief of Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery Dr. Richard Shemin will be doing the honors. In addition to the mitral valve replacement (with mechanical valve), he will be performing a double bypass. Could not ask... Read more.
