Eight weeks post surgery, aortic valve replacement and right coronary bypass,returned to work this week, recovery went extremely well feeling awesome been hitting golf balls with full swing , feel blessed life is good!

I did have a full sternotomy, no pain swinging, I will say the first 2 weeks post surgery were my most painful but it seemed like every day after that I felt improvement. Started swinging half swings week 7 and worked up to full this week feel good. Good luck!

It has been a whirlwind couple weeks, checked into Lenox Hill Hospital on March 9, had my surgery on March 10. Aortic Valve replacement and right coronary bypass. Diagnosed with aortic stenosis on February 11,have my first appointment with heart surgeon on February 28. The process is just beginning a little nervous but anxious to get on with it.
