My first in Virginia Tric bicaval valve procedure went very well The procedure was done in the UVA Cath Lab and took about 45 minutes. Only complication is a very sore right shoulder and some generalized “wooziness” . Procedure was Tuesday and I plan on going home Friday. As things... Read more.

Well, it's finally happening. After three years I will finally be getting a fix for my leaky tricuspid valve. On May 6 doctors at the University of Virginia Advanced Valve Center will use a catheter approach to insert the Tric Bicaval Valve system as part of a medical trial to... Read more.
Wishing you the best for your catheter intervention!!. I´ve known that there have been several clinical trial in US and Europe with very good results up to now, so there is already quite scientific background in the procedure.👍❤️

Just checking in. My journey toward getting a tricuspid valve repair/replacement continues. While I have severe TVR it’s complicated by the presence of 2 CRT-D leads that pass through the valve.
