Hello friends! I got the go ahead to start Cardiac Rehabilitation tommorow. I also found out today that I have a Complete Left Bundle Branch Block. Has anyone else in our Community received this news about their heart health? If so, what did your doctors do about it? Thanks so... Read more.

Dear Gary, key question is: is LBBB a new onset or was it there before... cardiologist should tell you the whys and hows of the LBBB, as there are various reasons for it, most of them serious... Good luck and keep us updated

On December 30th I had Open Heart surgery with an Arotic Valve Replacement due to Severe calcification of my Bicuspid Valve. Also had my Ascending Arota repaired. My surgeon told me four weeks. I started then and the hardest part was turning to check my blind spot. My chest muscles were sore!

I think I was about 4 weeks as well. I don't recall any issues.
Six weeks for me and like Diane it was hard to turn to check blind spot. Congratulations on your recovery.
One of my posts was the story about my first driving experience. Please be cautious of the drugs that you have been taking, they can sneak up on you!
I started driving very small distances at 3 weeks. Grocery store and local walking paths. Take it easy and listen to your body.
