I have been diagnosed with aortic stenosis but have not yet received a treatment plan yet. I am worried sick. Can anyone out there give me help and advice.

Hi Fred. Welcome to the site. I know that news like this can be shocking. I aas it moderate or severe. Many times they will monitor it for a while. I would call your doctor with questions and do your own research on the topic.
