Now as of March 23rd proud owner of a new Edwards 3300 aortic valve. Out on Monday. Had some fluid buildup and pulse a little fast. But home now! Yahoo!

Thank you all. I'm just having a difficult time with the being patient. What's weird is my thinking is clearer.

Tomorrow is my surgery. Don't know how to stop crying. Is this normal?

Yes. It's overwhelming. Praying for you, like so many others are.

Yes it is normal. Of course. I cried as I was wheeled into the operating room. If there was ever a moment to cry, it was then. Release those emotions. Crying is okay.
