In April 2012 I ran my first Half 2:03 and change. In December of 2012 I had my valve repaired. After a year off and light training I ran the same half again in April 2014, again with a 2:03. This year I did it again and crushed it, 1:48:50.... Read more.

Over 2 years post op and running stronger and better than ever. Hit 9 miles at just over an 8 min/pace this AM (ran 6 monday and 4 yesterdy too). God is good! For those looking ahead, the days leading up to the surgery can be tough, and the path... Read more.

Great job Brian! Happy two years as well! Thanking God for his healing and strength in our lives! I am still noticing improvements in endurance. I cut out most caffeine (only dark chocolate) and eating low carb which has made a big difference in my feeling jumpy/ noticing palpitations. Keep... Read more.
