On this Friday rainy day, thankful that the recovery is ahead of schedule , going down to the marina on tgevpotomac for a long walk . Looking forward to the warm weekend ahead.

On my walk this afternoon , Gabi our Walsh cardigan corgi just had to take a break. She has been a great company to aid my recovery.

Went on two walks outside by myself, totaling 3 miles . More energy noted, drive to my blood work appointment yesterday, drove alone fir first time. Tomorrow, walking down by the Potomac river at River Creek. Hope to drive my 6 speed on Monday !
