Hi, I'm looking for heart healthy cookbooks/recipe recommendations (for after surgery) that follow the American Heart Association eating guidelines. I've found a few cookbooks on Amazon, but I'm looking for your suggestions. Any juicing recipes would be appreciated too. Thanks :)
