I joined this group to get some confidence and positive attitude. Truly this is great place and I am beginning to get some confidence. I am the wife of Reghu (whose name I have used to register) My husband is scheduled for a valve replacement surgery in May 17. We are in Canada and Surgery is at Mazankowski heart hospital Alberta. Early this year, during the yearly check up they found that my husband was born with a bicuspid aortic valve and the Echo cardiogram showed Aortic stenosis and Aortic regurgitation. They also did an angiogram and found no block which is a good thing. I am really worried. We have a pre surgery appointment on May 7, when we will know about the type of valve and type of surgery .... If you have any suggestions or recommendations please let me know. Sindu
