Hi Everyone just joining now, I should have joined months ago to talk to other ppl who went through this ...bicuspid aortic valve replacement and mitral valve repair. My surgeon shaved my life. I would not be here right now if not for him. I'm now approaching my 6 month mark and I feel terrific . My stamina is returning and getting stronger every week. I pretty much can live my life and do almost anything I want. Today I went to gym for a work out, this afternoon took my dogs to the part and walked over a mile . So life is good...NOW. Six months ago, not so much. I would have died and or had a massive heart attack within 3 months if not for getting my surgery . So I'm very happy to be here. I hope you also had a positive experience .
