Have now got dates to work to. 5th December - angiogram. 19th December - Pre - op tests. 10th January - surgery. So apprehensive about everything now. Update - angiogram procedure yesterday and all well at least I know surgery will only be for a valve replacement now. I was very uptight about the angiogram, but it was a doddle and the nursing staff first class. Pre-operation assessment done today with no problems. Also met my surgeon - seems a great guy and answered lots of questions which made me feel better. Hope to put the op to the back of my mind now until after Christmas.
