I have Wolff-Parkinson White Syndrome and was seeing my cardiologist for a regular annual appointment. I told him I had just been feeling tired and like my heart was "pumping harder than usual". He brushed me off and sent me on my way. I thought it was important for my cardiologist to listen to me and my heart-so switched doctors. At my first visit, Dr. Richard Henthorn (who I love) spent a great deal of time with me and noted a "severe murmur". Three months later, I scheduled my Aortic Valve Replacement for June 15, 2015.
