Hi Well, its been 2 years since I first posted. The surgeon wanted to wait until the pressure in my heart increased. It has and my symptoms have increased as well. Surgery is now March 9th. It all seems to be happening so fast! I'm nervous to say the least. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. I am concerned that I will have increased pain and inflammation after surgery. I would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has RA and has had an aortic valve replaced.
