I was born with Tetrology Of Fallot and had it repaired at the age of 5 by Dr Wayne Isom in NYU. He is the same Dr years later that operated on David Letterman. I have been fine all these years I am now 50 yrs old and was told after finding out I have Afib that I needed to have my Pulmonary Valve replaced because I have severe regurgitation and it is most likely the cause of my Afib plus the right side of my heart is enlarged due to the valve not working correctly. I had 3 opinions and 2 out of the 3 told me yes it is time to get this done do not wait any longer... So here I am with a surgery date of June 23 I was approved for the Hamony transcatheter valve that is the non invasive Pulmonary valve surgery I see alot of people on here have Aortic and Mitral but not many I noticed had Pulmonary valves done. If anyone else has had the Harmony transcatheter valve I would appreciate some input.
