About Me

I was diagnosed in March 2015 after visiting a CVS Minute Clinic. The nurse asked me, "Has anyone told you that you have a heart murmur?" I'm sure that most of us hear that question at some time. I was not yet 61 years old. My stenosis was deemed moderate at the time and I was advised to monitor the condition. I had another echo on September 19, 2016 and received the news that it is now severe. I was told surgery would be required. Fast forward to January 2024. The aortic valve has started to calcify again and the aorta aneurysm has grown. My cardiologist told me it was time. So, I requested a referral to the Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Eric Roselli.
