Today is Rare Disease Awareness Day. Mine is Homozygous FH. I am in awe of all of you who battle one of these rare conditions with a smile! Much health to all!

Alina - I'm thinking about getting tested. My parents and siblings all had high cholesterol despite eating a healthy diet. My LDL was 212 at last check. Feb. 6 - I was blessed to have dinner with Barbara Laurie last night! It was amazing to meet her. Barb and I met on this site and I encourage everyone: if you can form a bond with anyone here, it'll be a powerful tool in your journey.
