Dear Lisa , It is still very early days post op . My throat / speech was affected post op . I had woken up as the nurse was removing the tube and she had asked me to stay still for a few more moments , until she removed it... Read more.

Iâ€™m sorry you had to go through that, Ruth. I had 2 hours of semi conscious intubation before they removed the tube and it was very difficult so maybe thatâ€™s part of it. Iâ€™ve been intubated before but never had an issue like that before.
