"In February 2017, Dr. Peterson performed a valve sparing surgery and fixed my 6 cm aortic aneurism using the David procedure. He removed the aneurysm and managed to save my valve as well.

Dr. Peterson's bedside manner is excellent as he puts you at ease with his calm disposition and sense of humor while also being honest with you about the pros, cons and risks of the surgery. He is known for taking on complicated surgeries that other surgeons won't attempt.

When he opened me up, he discovered that my aorta had actually started to dissect (pseudo-aneurism). This man literally saved my life and I am forever grateful. In would highly recommend Dr. Mark Peterson."
