Gary is 4 weeks out today since AVR . He is doing great. Each day each week getting stronger. Enjoying rehab--really is improving his stamina. He did have a few heart rate issues the 1st week home. We purchased a fitbit watch for him--it is just the ticket. Hew got the HR Charge it gives him his heart rate anytime he wants it. It counts your steps and we programmed to his smart phone and it tells him how much sleep he is getting. It was well worth the money. It gives him peace of mind. Just thought I would pass this on to the heart world.

Gary is 12 days since surgery. Fri. Night we had a trip to the ER for fast heart rate185. It was not afib it was called SVT . Went down just as they ready to give him the shot. Now this week is very low 42. He has no energy. He is spending the night in the hospital they are going to try to adjust his meds. Has anyone else had this?
