Had two valves replaced in 2018. Aortic & mitral. I am experiencing skipped heart beats. Cardiologist is not overly concerned. Going to wear a holter monitor. Anyone have issues with skipped heart beats.

I don't know exactly what you mean by skipped beats but I occasionally feel changes in my heartbeat and yes, maybe I could call it skipped beats. It's been 8 years since double valve replacement. I don't worrry about it, I just notice it. Take care.

The Holter moniter will let the doc diagnose the type of irregular heart beat you are having. Some irregular beats are harmless, and some are worth treating. Found the post. Thank you I am curious if anyone has had the Abbott Trifecta aortic valve implanted and has had issues? Can you have a tavr to replace damaged valve?
