what do you all do to Celebrate your Heartiversaries?? last year i had a heart shaped caked and a party at my place w/ some close friends. Don't know what do to this year. Open to suggestions :)

hi all, well, im about 8 months post op and doing well. i finished cardiac rehab last month. found out i may have a torn rotator cuff (left shoulder) from my OHS. going for an ultrasound this week. it's very sore. anyone else had this injury as a surgical complication??... Read more.
