My husband and I are researching surgeons who specialize in the David Procedure-- a valve sparing aortic root repair/ replacement. We're in the research mode-- can anyone there who has had VSARR (valve sparing aortic root repair) via a mini-sternomy share their experience? My husband and I have found that there are very few surgeons who perform this procedure using the smaller incision. Thanks!
