Hi Adam Really enjoyed the latest webinar, having been born with a heart murmur that wasn't discovered until I was nearly 50. Nothing was done about it, apart from monitoring, and I continued to run marathons. Subsequently I had angioplasty and was eventually diagnosed with AF that slowed me down. If I ever need interventional surgery, I hope to have it by the less invasive keyhole method. Thanks again

Hi Adam, I am really interested in Thursday evening's seminar that, unfortunately, I will not be able to watch, as it's on at midnight in the UK and I am going on holiday at 5am the next morning. I have always wondered why the conjoined flaps of a conjoined aortic valve can't be separated to enable the natural tissue to be retained. Surely it's simpler than separating Siamese twins. Anyway I would be really grateful if this question could be put to Dr Svensson, if it hasn't been covered elsewhere. Thanks
