No moss grows under you feet! Good for you. See how it goes with exercise and work and adjust accordingly. You have a great mindset going foward.

Deena thanks for your comforting words. my wife and me are truly proud of all our three kids and two of them were with me in London. Hopefully they all will stand in for anyone when something happens.
