Has anyone been in what is called Stage B Heart Failure for more than 10 years? I am hoping I can remain non symptomatic for a good long while ? or are we going to progress more rapidly? - I have an On X Valve and feel pretty good rarely... Read more.

valve done in 2019 - recent check up shows heart wall has hypoakeniss and akenesis - with reduced ejection fraction - has anyone dealt with this? -they are changing my medications - say I can live with this if it doesn't get much worse???

Has anyone found a medication that helps improve ejection fraction but doesn't make you feel exhausted or short of breath? I am down to 35% EF
Entresto seemed to help my wife. her EF is 55% now and she has shortness of breath for other reasons but she doesn't feel exhausted.
