First: Thank you Lord for everything! Ive been so busy with my family and kids doing what i love, coaching baseball for my son Ethan and softball for my beautiful daughter Kiara. Yesterday was my 3 1/2 week visit with my surgeon, and yes!! he released me to go back to work next Monday, he told me i was doing great, keep walking every day, this week ive been walking 2 miles in 30 minutes, no feeling tired or short of breath at all, my BP is good, my heart rate normal, Im still trying to ignore the noise from it lol, everyone around me can hear it. Still having some headaches here in there he told me its normal, eventually they will go away. I hope everyone of you is recuperating quick and without setbacks, my family and i are praying for all of us. Please keep strong and keep Jesus in your strong healthy hearts. God bless you all.

2 weekes post-surgery. After leaving the hospital and having just a couple of little setbacks i can tell you guys im feeling really good, sleeping better, caughing less every day, headaches here and there and some times sob but just for a few minutes. Im still mantaining my weight, my morning and eve walks are beter and making me feel well, can not sleep on my back just yet, still sleeping in my reclainer, my bp, heart rate , sugar are greta or i should say the way my surgeon need them to be. Some times i feel some strange pain in my chest and n my shoulders dont know if its normal anyways big THANKS TO JESUS for being there all the way, for helping me and my family! thank you guys for all your prayers, you all always in our prayeres! keep strong, keep praying even during those painful days GOD is with oyu and hell always bethere for all of us.
