i was born with a vsd, I have had 2 corrective surgeries to correct my septal defect and also had a coarctation of the aorta repaired and pulmonary artery banding. I have and ICD for bouts of ventricular tachycardia. I've recently been told to start thinking about getting my aortic valve replaced and my aorta is dilating so seems that will need to be fixed too. i am 53 and have a family so i want the best possible outcome. I have time to prepare so i've done the internet searches and have come to the conclusion that the Cleveland Clinic would provide me that and that Dr. Eric Roselli sounds like the man for the job. I also found this website doing the various internet searches and watched some of the youtube videos. I've joined to gather more information and to share my story. Thank you for the this site and thanks to all who post their stories.
