About Me

My surgery was a very sudden thing. I had no idea I had Aortic stenosis. A bi-cuspid valve and I did have shortness of breath, weakness and some angina but it came on slowly I had no idea. I wasn't as prepared to have surgery as I thought. I did know at some point I may need surgery but not then. It is a very difficult surgery. I think I now am coming to the reality that I had a AVR. Things are going slow and I don't have the energy or movitation that my children think I should have. I do have other issues that are auto immune and behavioral health. I just need to take each day as it comes and I think that the energy and motivation will come. The other thing is that I should have purchased the book when I first was DX. Thank you Adam for the information and forum for everyone. God Bless. 11/12/2016
