TAVR on 9/23/19. Procedure went smoothly with no complications. 1 night in hospital and then returned home. Scheduled for aortic TAVR on 9/23/19 No valve yet, but getting closer as aortic stenosis is near severe range. Results from CT Scan The aortic valve is tricuspid. There are moderate leaflet calcifications and thickening with reduced valve area and motion. The heart is mildly enlarged. There is moderate left ventricular hypertrophy with basal septal predominance. No intracardiac thrombus. Functional analysis demonstrates mild dyskinesia at the basal septum and normal function. 1. The aortic valve is tricuspid with moderate leaflet thickening, calcifications, and reduced valvular excursion consistent with aortic stenosis. 2. Moderate coronary calcification, including a focal calcified plaque in the distal left main; however, this study was not optimized to evaluate for degree of coronary stenosis and evaluation is limited. 4. Incidentally noted bilateral nonobstructing nephrolithiasis. 5 Moderate left ventricular hypertrophy with basal septal predominance and basilar septal dyskinesia. LVEF is normal.
