I had been having breathing problems for a long time. That June I found that I could not walk about 1 1/2 blocks between my sons houses. When I went to the doctor, they found that I had a blocked Aorta Valve. No veins or or anything else blocked. The surgeon said it was genetic. in Sept. 2015 a TAVR was done and I was given Metropolo Tarate, which I am still taking after almost 7 years. For AFIB. In the last year or so, I have started getting bruises, cuts after every little bump or scrap. Each one cause bleeding under the skin and my skin seems to have gotten thinner. My eyes are very dry and my hair has gotten fine and thinner. I was already on Thyroid meds. Now, I am tired again, cold hands, feet, etc as I was before starting thyroid meds. 30 years ago. I have told my cardio dr. this more than once and he ignores it. Is there another med. I can take that doesn't have these side effects?
