Looks good ! Aortic root is just upper limits of normal, from what I looked up. Ask your cardiologist if you have any concerns. It says 34mm for aortic root.

My also untrained eye shows the aortic root report is in centimeters and this persons post says millimeters. But then i work in inches and feet.

39mm = 3.9cm. Simply move the decimal point (not saying you didn't know...) That's why I don't understand why people think inches, feet, yards and miles are easier... At least a thou allows you to move the decimal point. If you haven't seen it yet, you must watch Washington's Dream... Read more.
