most of the time they will tell you to take it slow dont over do it if you need to rest stop and rest the way they do it in my cardio rehab is a 15 min warm up exercise and then 15 min on one machine then 15 min... Read more.

I am from Canton, Ohio. So we are kind of neighbors! :) anyway I am waiting to see my cardiologist. I have two leaky valves, and I was thinking of maybe just going to Cleveland Clinic. It is out of network for me so my insurance doesn't pay... Read more.
