wow what a wonderful feeling to be done with cardio rehab phase 2 but if they have cardio rehab phase 3 i would reccomend it it helps to keep you going with a healthy heart

Hang in there. Last year I needed a nap every day well into the fall. (Surgery date 5/15/14) I also couldn't tolerate heat. I did mall walks until weather cooled down in Texas. Also, my body still let me know when I forget metoprolol (12.5 mg). You will get yourself... Read more.
