I'd like to know something about possibility to do any fitness activity when BAV diagnosed with a light/medium leaking valve, with preliminary calcification. I had my cardio check yesterday and I was told to do everything I want with moderation in terms of weightlifting, that is not anyhow my preference.... Read more.
