Ginger I did the plantbase diet and ldl was 90 but I could maintain weight so what do take and eat and for how long have you been doing it and what are your numbers?

Ginger what valve did you choose and I'm sure which ever you will have made the right choice.I will pray for you and I know you will do just fine.

ty Peter.....i havent chosen or been given a choice at this point....not even talked to the surgeon yet...so no date on the surgery....but it will be with in the next 2 weeks...
