When a child is diagnosed with severe aortic regurgitation or aortic stenosis, parents are faced with an important decision: What is the best long-term treatment option? One potential solution for pediatric patients is the Ross Procedure, which replaces the diseased aortic valve with the child's own pulmonary valve.
