Hello! My name is Dr. Timothy Lee and I am a cardiac surgeon having graduated from University of Michigan Medical School in 2011. To date, I have performed approximately 3,500 cardiac surgeries, of which more than 1,400 involved heart valve procedures. Dr. Timothy Lee, heart surgeon, graduated from University of Michigan Medical School in 2011.
After medical school, Dr. Lee completed a general surgery residency in 2016 and a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship in 2018 at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
Dr. Lee is board-certified in both general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery.
Dr. Lee is a recipient of the James L. Cox Fellowship in Atrial Fibrillation Surgery, awarded by the American Association for Thoracic Surgery.
